As a revenue success story, Waptopic acts as an important showcase for the company's market-leading technologies and currently boasts hundreds of thousands of subscribers generating tens of millions of page views per month.

DADA (Nuovo Mercato: DADA), one of Europe's largest publicly traded e-business solution providers owns a majority interest in the company. Wireless Solutions S.p.A. acts as DADA's wireless solution provider, working closely with DADA's other business units: web community management, e-business solutions and hosting & domain registration services. DADA currently employs over 400 people, heads a group of 14 subsidiaries, 10 associated companies and services a portfolio of over 30,000 clients. In addition to Waptopic, DADA also owns and operates Italy's #3 web portal - the Supereva network (source: AC Nielsen, January 2002).

Wireless Solutions has its' corporate headquarters in Bologna, Italy and European sales office in Milan, Italy. North American sales are directed through the Toronto, Canada office. Mobile Application Platforms
Wireless Solutions' offering has at its base a unique combination of proprietary technology. Current platforms include the <W>SMS Gateway^TM, Mobile Entertainment Platform and the <W>SMS-IM Gateway^TM. Platforms in development include secure messaging and transactional M-Services.

Mobile Office Platform and Application Provisioning
Through a strategic partnership deal with Canada's Research in Motion (RIM) and Telecom Italia Mobile, Wireless Solutions has introduced RIM's Wireless Handheld^TM solution to the Italian marketplace. Specifically, the Blackberry^TM device - a wireless email solution, represents a significant opportunity to extend GPRS based services to the company's existing client base and beyond. This ground-breaking, integrated email solution uniquely combines 'always-on-always connected' technology, push email delivery and a Java-based software architecture to deliver unequalled performance and ease of use to the mobile professional. Wireless Solutions will be developing multi-lingual, 'white label' Java-based applications for the Blackberry^TM.
